The other night we got the chance to play some good old "Egyptian Rat Screw." I will put up another post on the techniques and rules to playing Egyptian Rat Screw - the new game of the week.


Quiggly had a couple good hands - threw down some Jacks - got some sandwiches - ate some sandwiches, ya know, ya know...

"The Famous Met" - The Great Gatsby - 1920's College Party @ The Metropolitan Museum
FREE. FREE. FREE. FREE. FREE. FREE.

Last night Jess, Brennan, Brennan's actor friends and I all went to this insane event at the Met. It was for college students only and everyone dressed up like they were in the 1920's. There were drinks & crumpets & live music on a piano & bass & dancing and all of it was located in this huge room with a long pool & these pyramid things (real pyramids reconstructed) and awesome lighting - it was insane - felt like a movie.






Nevertheless, the actual event was an opening of a new wing - "the American Wing" or something like that...so we also had a grand tour of the artifacts from old and enjoyed more strawberries & then hit the road home...

NYC has so many little cool events - it's impossible to have time & money for them all - but trust me, when there is a FREE event - we will be there!
